Hairborist is not yet present on the German market, and we are looking for a motivated and ambitious person to help develop our brand in Germany. Your mission: build our presence on the German market through effective digital communication, professional social media management, the creation of an engaged community, and participation in (and organisation of) professional trade fairs in Germany.
Even though you will be conquering a new market, you are not starting from scratch: Hairborist is already well-established in Belgium and France, with experienced teams and proven strategies to support you. This is an exciting challenge, where your role and responsibilities will grow in line with the brand’s development in Germany. A unique opportunity to bring an already recognised brand to a new territory.
Profile
Personal skills:
- Autonomous and solution-oriented: you work independently, organise your workload efficiently and know how to analyse your own work.
- Creative and trend-aware: you have a flair for original ideas and follow digital marketing trends closely.

- Goal- and results-driven: you analyse your performance, adjust your strategies and remain constructive.

- Junior profiles welcome: provided motivation, autonomy and a willingness to learn are present.
Technical skills:
- German as a native language (mandatory)
- Fluency in French or English to collaborate with the existing team
- Strong affinity with digital marketing and excellent social media skills
- Outstanding writing skills (tone, style, spelling; SEO appreciated)
- Strong communication skills with clients and partners
- Interest in natural cosmetics is a plus
- Master’s degree in marketing or economics preferred, but not required if the potential is there
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and establish the Hairborist brand on the German market
- Manage social media and community management for Germany
- Create content and campaigns tailored to the German-speaking audience
- Participate in and organise professional trade fairs in Germany
- Define and adapt local marketing strategies
- Build an active and engaged community
- Work closely with the teams in Belgium and France
Location
The candidate must be able to be regularly present on site in Meulebeke. Ideally: you come from the German-speaking Community of Belgium, or you live in Belgium / the border region and can easily travel to Meulebeke.

Are you a born salesperson, comfortable with human interaction and the techniques of hairdressing, and not afraid of hitting the road? Hairborist, a specialist in natural hair care, is looking for a Field Sales Representative in the Hairdressing Sector who can knock on doors, passionately present our products, and convince new clients. We are recruiting across the entire German territory. Fluency in German and French, or German and English, is required.
Your missions
- Actively prospect new hair salons and points of sale
- Present and explain our natural hair care ranges, with live demonstrations
- Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio
- Plan appointments and ensure follow-up
- Report results and feedback to the team
Your profile
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Strong sales drive and taste for challenges
- Mobile and ready to travel extensively (Category B driving license required)
- Dynamic, persistent, and proactive
- Experience in the hairdressing or beauty sector is a plus, but not essential
- Proven experience as a field sales representative (100% on the road) is required
- Driving license (Category B) mandatory
Location
